BLUEPARTNER SOLUCOES EM TI LTDA (“BLUEPARTNER”) understands how important it is to know and feel secure about the use of the personal data under its control. Therefore, we are committed to clarifying and explaining our Privacy Notice.
We recognize the need to properly protect and manage the personal information collected on our website, as well as the information shared with us by our clients. This Privacy Notice will help you understand what types of information we may collect, how this information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and what rights data subjects have regarding the protection of their personal data.
2. What personal information we collect
The personal information we obtain may be collected in the following ways:
Website: Personal information is collected when the user interacts with our website through a contact form. This personal information includes full name, phone number, email address, company where the user works, and job title. Only basic data is collected when the user requests a response to their contact. All personal information is collected fairly and non-invasively, with your voluntary consent. The personal information collected is accessible only to those who need to know it to carry out relevant activities, respecting the purpose for which it was provided.
E-books: We collect personally identifiable information — such as full name, email address, mobile/WhatsApp number, and company where the user works — through forms completed to download our free content.
Service channels: The user may contact us by phone, WhatsApp, and email. Personal data is collected to identify the user and to respond to their request. This may include, among other data, name, email address, and phone number. In addition, we collect any personal data voluntarily provided by the user.
Data related to the provision of our services: Due to the nature of our solutions, we may have access to data contained in systems managed by our clients, always in a restricted manner and only as necessary to enable the provision of the contracted services
, as well as support, maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement, such as Microsoft 365 solutions, Microsoft Partner Program Consulting, Microsoft Licensing, Microsoft Projects, and Support and Security Contracts.
All data collected is used exclusively for the provision and improvement of our services. The information is treated as confidential and will only be used for the purposes described herein, allowing our clients and users to fully use our digital solutions with a focus on efficiency, security, and a personalized experience.
Registration on the Service Desk and Learning Management System (LMS) Portal: We collect the data from our clients and employees necessary to register them on the Service Desk and Learning Management System (LMS) portal of our website. The data is necessary to identify the user, respond to their support request, and enable the management of available training and educational materials. The personal data collected for registration includes name, email address, and login.
Contract: When a client purchases a service, we collect the data necessary to prepare the contract and/or issue an invoice. This data includes, among others, the contact email address and possible sending of the Electronic Invoice, name, CPF, CNPJ, corporate name, full name of the responsible person, phone number, full business address with ZIP code, district, city and state, and State Registration, when applicable.
Sharing: We may have access to personal data shared by our business partners. The data is necessary to prepare contracts and/or issue invoices. This data includes, among others, the contact email address and possible sending of the Electronic Invoice, name, CPF, CNPJ, corporate name, full name of the responsible person, phone number, full business address with ZIP code, district, city and state, and State Registration, when applicable.
Job applicants: We may have access to personal information of job applicants, such as full name, phone number, email address, field of education, city of interest, desired position, and any other information voluntarily provided by the applicant.
Employees: Regarding the personal data collected from our employees, such data is necessary for employee registration, in compliance with labor laws and the execution of the employment contract.
Monitoring by security cameras: We collect images of data subjects who move through the company premises using security cameras installed at strategic points.
Monitoring of networks made available by BLUEPARTNER: We collect personal data from all users of the wired network and Wi-Fi made available by BLUEPARTNER, based on our legitimate interests, for internal and/or external monitoring of the artificial environment made available by us.
Exceptionally, BLUEPARTNER will process sensitive personal data, in which case the provisions of the LGPD will be duly observed.
3. Social Media
BLUEPARTNER also uses Social Media to communicate and interact with its clients and consumers through third-party websites such as Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn. These third-party websites are Internet-based technologies that are not operated or controlled by BLUEPARTNER. By interacting with, sharing, or “Liking” the BLUEPARTNER page on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or another social media platform, you may reveal certain personal information to BLUEPARTNER or to third parties.
We use “social buttons” to allow our users to share or bookmark web pages. These are buttons from third-party social media websites that may record information about your activities on the internet, including this website. Please review the respective terms of use and privacy notices of those platforms to understand exactly how they use your information, as well as how to opt out of receiving or delete such information.
The amount of personal information visible will depend on your own privacy settings on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

We rely on our legitimate interest only for specific purposes. These personal data processing activities do not in any way override the interests, rights, and freedoms of personal data subjects.
5. About the sharing and transfer of information
BLUEPARTNER does not make it a practice to disclose information that may identify the data subject. This data is for the organization’s internal use only to achieve the purposes stated in the previous item.
Data may be shared with third parties only under the following conditions:
- By court order or upon request by government inspection authorities;
- Data transferred to public agencies to comply with current legislation, for example personal data included in electronic invoices and their respective XML files, or data from our employees necessary for the payment of INSS or FGTS;
- Data transferred to accounting or human resources service providers to comply with tax and labor obligations;
- Data transferred to financial institutions to enable payment options for our clients, or for payment to our employees and service providers;
- Data shared with partners, processors, and service providers that participate, directly or indirectly, in the development of the business activities of BLUEPARTNER, such as billing, payment processes, customer service, email delivery, advertising and marketing, security and performance monitoring, repair and maintenance services, processing and fulfillment of orders and transactions, research, storage and processing of data, specialized consulting and auditing;
- Data transferred for the purposes of contract execution, as well as to protect the interests of BLUEPARTNER in any type of dispute, including lawsuits;
- In the event of corporate transactions such as merger, acquisition, transformation, spin-off, or partial or total sale of assets, we may share, disclose, or transfer all data subjects’ data to the successor organization.
Some of the service providers mentioned above may be located abroad and, in such cases, BLUEPARTNER adopts additional safeguards to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection, in accordance with applicable Brazilian legislation.
6. International Transfers
BLUEPARTNER will carry out international transfers of personal data only for legitimate, specific, and explicit purposes, previously informed to data subjects, in accordance with the legal bases for processing. These transfers will be carried out using valid mechanisms that ensure adequate protection of the data, as provided for in current Privacy Legislation.
BLUEPARTNER undertakes to ensure that all operations comply with data protection principles, including transparency and accountability in the processing of personal information.
7. Information Security
To ensure that your personal information is secure, we communicate our privacy and security guidelines to the employees and business partners of BLUEPARTNER and strictly follow privacy precautionary measures within the organization.
We strive to protect your personal information, and the information entrusted to us by our clients, through physical, technical, and organizational measures designed to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and improper alteration of such data.
8. Data Subject Rights
Personal data subjects have certain rights regarding their personal data and may exercise them by clicking here to access the Data Subject Access Request Form (DSAR) or by email: dpo@bluepartner.com.br.
The rights of data subjects are:
- Confirmation of the existence of personal data processing;
- Access to personal data, pursuant to applicable legislation;
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated personal data;
- Portability of personal data;
- Deletion of personal data when it is processed based on the data subject’s consent or when the data is unnecessary, excessive, or processed in violation of applicable legislation;
- Request for information about the shared use of personal data;
- Revocation of consent, when applicable.
BLUEPARTNER will always assess the best way to comply with a request to exercise any of your rights. However, BLUEPARTNER may fail to fulfill your request, in whole or in part, in specific situations protected by law, such as to comply with a legal obligation or a contract it maintains with you.
We emphasize the importance of keeping your personal data accurate and up to date. To this end, keep BLUEPARTNER always informed if your personal data changes or is incorrect.
For security reasons, for requests made by email at dpo@bluepartner.com.br, the request will be processed once we are certain of the user’s identity. Therefore, we may request additional data or information to confirm the identity and authenticity of the data subject. This data and information will be protected during the storage period and deleted after the legal period for any regular exercise of rights has elapsed.
In cases where BLUEPARTNER is the Processor of personal data, requests will be forwarded to the Controller so that the Controller may evaluate and decide on the measures to be taken.
9. Termination of Processing
This Privacy Notice applies to the circumstances mentioned above throughout the period in which BLUEPARTNER stores personal data. We store and retain your information: (a) for the period required by law; (b) until the termination of personal data processing, as mentioned below; or (c) for the period necessary to safeguard the rights of BLUEPARTNER. Thus, we will process your data, for example, during applicable limitation periods or as long as necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
The termination of personal data processing will occur in the following cases: (a) when the purpose for which the personal data was collected has been achieved, and/or the personal data collected is no longer necessary or relevant to achieving such purpose; (b) when the Data Subject requests the deletion of their data; (c) when there is a legal determination to that effect; and (d) when the termination of processing is determined by the Controller.
In cases of termination of personal data processing, except for the situations established by applicable legislation or by this Privacy Notice, the personal data will be deleted.

BLUEPARTNER reserves the right to update or modify this Notice at any time and without prior notice. However, we will always publish the new revised version on our website. If there are changes in the way we process personal data, you will be informed so that you can decide whether you wish to continue using our services.
